From the very first moment I met Mr. Jared Shauers and his associates I was treated like a king...a king of a castle that he maintains and protects for the property owner. He has always allowed me to feel that this was my home, and that he and his company was there in case of problems etc.
In the 4 years I have been renting this house in Saratoga Springs, Utah, he has maintained the property, respected my privacy and also been there , just a phone call away when little problems occurred. I have never been with a property management company that was so quick to respond both in communication and action.
I feel safe in my home because of Home Basics Real Estate, they have gone to bat for me in every way a tenant could ever need.
