Almost Home

We believe in home ownership!  Our desire is to help our tenants achieve that goal.  There are many out of pocket expenses when purchasing a new home and we want to help with those expenses.  For this reason, we offer a unique program to our tenants called “Almost Home.”

All of our tenants are eligible.  For each month the tenant lives in one of our rentals, they accumulate a credit of $75 a month.  This money can be used to replenish their bank accounts, fix up their new purchase, or pay bills.  The following are a few conditions:

1. The tenant must pay their rent on time during their tenancy and their account must be in good standing.
2. The tenant must agree to use as their real estate agent a licensee of Home Basics Real Estate
3. The total credit cannot exceed $1500 OR represent more than 25% of the commission earned by Home Basics Real Estate.
4. The tenant will receive their payment from Home Basics Real Estate shortly AFTER closing, usually within a week.
5. This offer is non-transferable and has no cash value unless the tenant successfully closes on a property in which a commission is paid to Home Basics Real Estate.
