An Exciting Home Ownership Program


We are firm believers in the joy and security home ownership can afford!  We love to be a part of helping our tenants achieve that goal.  There are many expenses when purchasing a new home and we want to help you with those costs.  For this reason, we extend a unique offer to our tenants called "Almost Home."


How Does the Almost Home Program Work?


All of our tenants are eligible for this valuable program.  Each month you live in one of our rentals, you will accumulate a credit of $75 per month.  When you purchase a home, Home Basics Real Estate will gift you the value of the accumulated credit to use however you desire.  The following are a few conditions: 

  1. You must pay your rent on time during your tenancy and your account must be in good standing.
  2. You must agree to use, as your real estate agent, a licensee of Home Basics Real Estate.
  3. The total credit cannot exceed $1500 OR more than 25% of the total commission earned by Home Basics Real Estate.
  4. You will receive a check from Home Basics Real Estate shortly AFTER closing, usually within a week.
  5. This offer is non-transferable and has no cash value.  The credit is only redeemable if you close on a property in which a commission is paid to Home Basics Real Estate.
